1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Digital Dopamina services (operated by Infinitum dgsl LLC), you accept these terms of use in their entirety. If you disagree with any of these terms, you must not use our services.
2. Services Offered
Digital Dopamina offers web design and development services, site redesign, SEO optimization and multilingual site creation. Specific details of each project are detailed in the service contract signed between the parties.
3. Payment Process
Services require an initial payment of 50% before work begins. The remaining 50% is paid upon final delivery. Prices listed on our website are in USD and do not include applicable local taxes.
4. Intellectual Property
Once full payment is received, the client receives all rights to the design and content of the developed website. Digital Dopamina reserves the right to display completed work as a reference in its portfolio.
5. Revisions and Changes
Each plan includes a defined number of free revision rounds. Changes requested outside this scope will be quoted according to their complexity. Major scope changes may require a new budget.
6. Limitation of Liability
Digital Dopamina shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use the developed websites. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the project.
7. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Cancún, Quintana Roo, Mexico.
